In the field of overhead line construction, TIS supports a leading transmission system operator in the area of warehouse management. This includes in particular the creation and implementation of the warehouse concept for the storage of the mast steel as well as the operation of the warehouse during the realization phase. Furthermore, continuous quality inspections in the area of corrosion protection are carried out on the delivered components. In cooperation with the client, the packaging requirements for the suppliers are optimized in order to ensure permanent storage of the components.

T.I.S. GmbH inspectors have been supervising on behalf of FERCHAU Engineering the renovation measures on concrete towers fabricated by the Enercon company.
T.I.S. GmbH had been commissioned by TenneT to supervise the construction of steel clamps for the project "Platform refurbishment Dolwin Alpha". Our inspectors delivered their surveillance duties to the outmost satisfaction of our Client.

Yunlin
TIS has taken over the production supervision of the monopiles in Taiwan on behalf of Steelwind Nordenham. The scope included construction supervision for steel construction and corrosion protection as well as the performance of non-destructive material testing (TOFD UT Testing). TIS thus made a significant contribution to the quality of documentation, non-destructive material testing, steel construction and welding inspections and corrosion protection.

TIS provided for a pedestrian bridge in Meppen fabrication supervision services on behalf of the city of Meppen. Scope was the monitoring of the corrosion protection works.
On behalf of EON, TIS currently provides supervision services for quality control and assurance for the Arkona Becken Sudost Project. We control the coordination processes for the fabrication and installation of the offshore electrical substation. Our services at this project oversee the appropriate recruitment of inspectors, time effective schedule monitoring in addition to certifying quality against industry standards and documentation. Monitoring of fabrication compliance are done against DIN EN ISO 1090-2 and DNV-OS-C401 standard.

Lübeck Regional Court
Markus Ferdinand, partner of TIS, was commissioned by the Lübeck Regional Court as an expert and appraiser for corrosion protection in a legal dispute.
TIS was commissioned by Niedersachsen Ports to train its own employees in corrosion protection. With 15 port locations, Niedersachsen Ports is the largest operator of public seaports in Germany. TIS is pleased about the successfully completed training and a continued good cooperation.
